The Emerald Coast Health Alliance has Provider Agreements with the following Insurance Plans and/or Payors. Note that individual Alliance providers may choose to participate or not.  Anticompetitive information-sharing is illegal and must be avoided.

To check the participation of a participating provider, call the customer service number on your insurance card, or contact the provider's office directly.

Note that Humana terminated their contract with the Alliance effective 2-4-2000.
